ITCA Students Recognized for Excellence in Career and Technical Education

Community & Social

Fifteen Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA) students are setting a new standard in career and technical education. As the school’s first inductees into the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), these students have demonstrated exceptional dedication to their studies, leadership in their fields and a commitment to their future careers.

Celebrating Achievement in Career Readiness

NTHS is the country’s premier career and technical education (CTE) honor society, recognizing students who have excelled in their chosen career pathways. Inductees are selected for their academic achievement, leadership and participation in career and technical student organizations (CTSOs) such as Business Professionals of America (BPA) and Future Farmers of America (FFA).

These organizations provide students with hands-on experience, leadership training and industry-specific knowledge, preparing them for success in the workforce or post-secondary education. ITCA’s students have not only excelled in their coursework but have also actively engaged in CTSO events, competitions and leadership opportunities.
