Dear ITCA Families,

Welcome to Idaho Technical Career Academy!

As the new Executive Director, I am honored to serve our students, families, staff, and communities across the state of Idaho. ITCA is more than an online school—it is a community built on relationships, innovation, and a shared commitment to preparing students for success in college, careers, and life.

At ITCA, we believe every student deserves an education that is both meaningful and personalized. Our mission is to equip students with the academic knowledge, technical skills, and real-world experiences needed to confidently pursue their future, whether that means entering the workforce, earning industry certifications, continuing to college, or serving their communities.

One of the things that makes ITCA unique is our commitment to Career Technical Education (CTE). Students have the opportunity to explore career pathways aligned with Idaho’s workforce needs while earning valuable industry-recognized certifications, participating in work-based learning experiences, and developing leadership skills through organizations such as FFA, BPA, and other Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs). We want every graduate to leave ITCA with a diploma and a competitive advantage.

We also recognize that student success extends beyond academics. Our dedicated teachers, counselors, administrators, and support staff work closely with families to create a learning environment where students feel connected, challenged, and supported. Strong partnerships between school and home are essential, and we are committed to maintaining open communication and providing the resources families need to help their students thrive.

As a public charter school serving students throughout Idaho, we embrace high expectations, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are committed to using data to drive instruction, celebrating student achievements, and ensuring every student has access to engaging, high-quality learning experiences that prepare them for the future.
