Our Leadership Team

Our seasoned leadership team is committed to ensuring the finest education possible for Idaho Technical Career Academy (ITCA) students. Leadership team members include:

Monti L. Pittman, Head of School, was the academic administrator for the Idaho Virtual Academy (IDVA) Alternative Program prior to leading ITCA. Before coming to IDVA, Monti spent four years as executive director for the iSucceed Virtual High School in Idaho, guiding the school from start-up to maturity. He received his MBA from Idaho State University in 1994. He spent many years working as a business and IT manager for several companies in Idaho, including MCMS, ComputerLand Technology Group, and the J.R. Simplot Company. For six and a half years prior to coming to iSucceed, he used his industry experience to implement and support innovative Engineering and Technology Education programs in Idaho schools through the Division of Professional-Technical Education; most recently finding success in bridging the gap between Secondary Engineering and Technology Education programs and Post-Secondary Engineering programs.

Julie Ingwersen, School Operations Manager, started with ITCA in April of 2019. Prior to joining ITCA, Julie worked in various positions at Idaho Virtual Academy, (IDVA) including roles as a database administrator and as the office/operations coordinator.  She graduated with an associate degree from College of Western Idaho in Business. Julie is pursuing a bachelor’s degree with Boise State University in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a minor in Human Resource Management, including certificates in Technical Communication and Dispute Resolution. In her spare time, she spends time with her husband of fifteen years and her two boys, enjoys traveling and crafts.

Amanda Judd, Special Services Administrator, started with ITCA in July 2016.  She has been working in online schools for the past ten years and values the relationships that are formed when working with students and families.  Amanda enjoys spending time with her family and has a 16-year-old son and a 14-year-old daughter.  In her spare time, you will find her reading, running, hiking, boating, and travelling.

Mike Groshong, Human Resources Director, began as IDVA's operations manager in the school's inaugural year. His background includes four years as an intelligence analyst and Russian interpreter with the U.S. Navy, and almost 18 years in upper management with American Drug Stores. He served as the dean of students, athletic director, and student council advisor for Butte County School District. Mike has a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Montana and is pursuing a degree in corporate training from Idaho State University.

Marcella Enos, Career-Technical Education Coordinator, is a Montana native and received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Montana State University. She and her husband moved to Idaho and raised their family in Pocatello. While teaching at Idaho State University, Marcella earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership. In 2012, they moved to the Treasure Valley to be near their three adult children and grandchildren. Dr. Enos worked at College of Western Idaho as an assistant dean supervising nine programs in the Business and IT Department. More recently, Marcella coordinates the four CTE Pathways and enjoys working with staff and students in the virtual environment at Idaho Technical Career Academy. She joined ITCA in 2016.

Mike Wexler, Finance Manager, joined ITCA in 2018. He has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the California State University, Northridge. Mike came to Stride K12 via various positions within the CPG, sporting goods and entertainment/music industry.
